Conference Agenda At-a-Glance

Wednesday, June 13

  • Conference check-in opens at 8:00 a.m.
  • Attendees may sign up for the optional Supervisory Committee Training Seminar & Lunch
    or a Financial Literacy Session on Wednesday afternoon.
  • The day concludes with a Welcome Reception & Resource Center Grand Opening from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, June 14 & Friday, June 15
  • Mornings start at 7:00 a.m. with a breakfast buffet; educational sessions end each day at 3:00 p.m.
  • On Friday, attendees and their registered guest are invited to a special evening at the iconic Kentucky Derby Museum including dinner and entertainment
Saturday, June 16
  • The morning begins with breakfast at 7:30 a.m. followed by educational sessions.  The conference wraps up at 11:05 a.m.
An expert lineup of auditing and accounting professionals will present on topics including:

Conference Activities
 
Spouse/Guest Program
Attendees may sign up their spouse/guest for the Welcome Reception, group breakfasts, a guest tour on Thursday, June 14, and Awards Luncheon on Friday.  The historical tour begins with a leisurely drive down River Road to Locust Grove, a plantation built in 1790 and home to the founder of Louisville, George Roger Clark. Next they'll visit Old Louisville, a historic preservation district south of the city where stately mansions stand like they did in the late 1800's. Guest will also enjoy lunch at Bristol Bar & Grille before returning to the hotel.



Kentucky Derby Museum Tour & Dinner
Join the group on a tour of the expansive museum that brings to life the sounds, images, and artifacts of the Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs. View the museum's award-winning 360-degree high definition video of The Greatest Race. Enjoy a Kentucky-style buffet dinner while being entertained by an authentic Blue Grass band.
